Temporary Staffing

We will evaluate your hiring needs, recruit the best available talent, provide you with a short list of qualified candidates, and then place the person you select as a temporary at your company for as long as you choose.

During this probationary time, Stewart Staffing will manage payroll, benefits, insurance and taxes and government reporting for the employee.

At the end of the trial period, you can convert the employee to your payroll. If for any reason the person is not the right fit, you can terminate the assignment at any time during the trial period with no additional costs.

Direct Hire

With Stewart Staffing’s Direct Hire services, our job is to find these people. We’ll work closely with you to develop an accurate profile of your ideal candidate, and then we will custom design a recruiting strategy to find those select individuals who match your requirements.

Our Process:

  • Meet personally with our client(s)
  • Learn and understand their business plan and current talent needs
  • Discuss the details of a Job Order
  • Interview as many candidates as needed for each position (personally; face to face)
  • Conduct Electronic Background checks (New England Forensics & App Check) on every potential candidate
  • Check no less than 3 Professional References for each candidate
  • Submit written presentations for each candidate deemed appropriate
  • Schedule interviews with our client
  • Craft Offer Letters to candidates based on our client’s criteria, input and prior authorization
  • Present Offer Letters to candidates
  • Discuss the offers with the candidates
  • Complete process with candidates and our client up to the start date of employment
  • Maintain contact support with the client and the candidate
